About the Role

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and build strong talent pipelines within the Dutch labour market. You will be managing candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship management to support one of our priority clients within the government sector, while also contributing to recruitment needs across our startup and deep tech client portfolio.

A key focus of the role is sourcing MBO-level talent while also building relationships with universities and technical institutes to create long-term pipelines for technical and innovation-focused roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on recruitment with proactive talent outreach and ecosystem building.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer coordination and candidate follow-up.
  • Maintain structured candidate pipelines aligned with client hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Sourcing

  • Source candidates within the Dutch labour market, with a strong focus on MBO-level talent.
  • Use a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain an active talent pool for upcoming roles.

Networking & Outreach

  • Develop relationships with universities, applied universities (HBO), and vocational institutions (MBO).
  • Engage with student networks, career services, and education partners to build long-term talent pipelines.
  • Support talent initiatives for upcoming technical and innovation-driven roles within government organisations.

Experience We'd Like to See

  • Previous experience (at least 2 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent management.
  • Strong understanding of the Dutch labour market, particularly within vocational or technical talent pools.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and direct outreach.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with both public sector organisations and startup environments.

Nice to Have

  • • Experience recruiting for technical roles.
  • • Experience building education partnerships or talent pipelines.
  • • Experience working with government organisations or ministries.
  • • Experience working with talent assessment tools such as TMA.
  • • Interest in deep tech, AI, or innovation-driven sectors.
